How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order. All orders are shipped via USPS, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

My package was lost, stolen, damaged now what?

Boho Haze Clay, LLC is not responsible for any mishaps after shipping. We pack all orders with care and recommend opting for additional protection to ensure your order arrives safely if you have concerns.

Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

Yes - if you have metal sensitivities or are allergic to nickel, please select earrings that have titanium hooks/studs listed in the description. 

Titanium is a strong, long-lasting, nickel-free material that is highly resistant to bending, cracking, and scratching. Since titanium is naturally found as an oxide, it must be extracted and combined with metals like iron, aluminum, vanadium, and molybdenum. This makes it hypoallergenic and a great choice for people with sensitive skin.
